The OEM Group GateManager Software
GateManager is available as a standalone PC based and or Internet based software solution - the easy to use GateManager software enables effective management of all assets through a range of tools which include ViaMichelin and Microsoft Virtual Earth mapping, Visual, Email and SMS Alerts and Alarms and a complete suite of management reports. The GateManager also includes a Service and MOT Scheduling system designed to list and notify due dates within any user defined period y email. |
Data Transmission
The data produced by the RF Asset ID Transmitter, RF Temperature Sensor data and or any GPS location data generated by the GPS tracking devises fitted to the trailers ort trucks is transferred, at pre- determined intervals through the OEM Group RF / GPRS Cellular Hubs or the in cab SecureTrac Live mobile units using General Packet Radio Service (GPRS), or through SecureTrac using satellite communications to our London based servers.
All data is presented to the customer in user friendly formats. |

ViaMichelin & Microsoft Virtual Earth Mapping
GateManager uses market leading ViaMichelin mapping to visualise location data. ViaMichelin mapping coverage of 238 countries, including 32 in detail, from national road maps to town and district plans. The Maps zoom to 21 levels of scales for accurate locating and easy navigation. Clear differentiation of road types and surfaces with over 90,000 places mapped down to street level and 19 million kms of road in 44 countries (including 8 million in Europe and 12 million in North America) ViaMichelin is the leading global map services provider.
In remote areas where road maps are limited customers can use the integrated Microsoft Virtual Earth Mapping with optional Microsoft Virtual Earth images and hybrid Microsoft Virtual Earth images with street details overlaid. The integration of both ViaMichelin and Microsoft Virtual Earth mapping in GateManager ensures deatiled global mapping is available wherever you opertae your assets.

Location Management
GateManager enables customers to define any location, whether Transport Depot, Distribution Center, Commercial Workshop, Construction Site, Port or any other type of location, all can easily be defined. Locationa are created by simply entering a location name at which the asset is currently located and typing the location name.
All assets within the radius set for the location are visible in the location map.Assets within a configuable area of the location are displayed according to the asset view permissions granted to each user.
Any location can be Geofenced to enable any unauthorised move of any asset from within the geofenced area to generate visual, email or SMS text alerts. |

Asset Management Interface
The ESNs of the Tracking Devices are assigned to Real Named assets and these then assigned to typs and groups of assets. Types and Groups can be viewable by user ID and thereby individual users will only see the assets for which they are reponsible. Service and MOT schedules are easily defined, by simply selecting the last service or MOT dates the systems sets the next date due.
Assets can be assigned to a fixed location (Geofenced), if the asset leaves the location the system will automatically raise an alarm. Motion, Door, Temperature and Driver Alarm features are also set, enabled and the alert email addresses and SMS text numbers are assigned to receive the alarms. The system includes a battery metering system indicating battery life remaiing providing an early warning of battery replacements due. |

Asset Management Reports
The management reporting suite includes all reports necessary to managing Depots, Vehicles, Drivers, Tours, Service & MOT Schedules, Door Opening Events, Temperatures, and any other detectable event available from GPS location data and sensors fitted to the assets.
The report suite is dynamic and shows key information relating to the information type selected. All archived data is available within the report structure and easily viewed within the report or downloaded for offline viewing.
The report suit includes current and past due billing data to allow custiomers to understand and manage the cost of the messaging services. Thresholds can be set to notify if budgetary costs are due to be exceeded and the alert is sent by email to the responsible manager.
